Terms & Conditions – Navik Ltd. Training Program
1. Course Enrolment & Payment
1.1 Enrolment is confirmed only after full payment has been received via our secure Stripe payment gateway.
1.2 The early-bird discount (FIRST5) applies only to the first 5 enrolments and cannot be retroactively applied after payment.
1.3 All fees are charged in GBP (£), and any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the student.
2. Course Structure & Access
2.1 This course runs for 8 weeks, including live instruction and guided practical exercises.
2.2 Live sessions will be conducted via Zoom (or another designated platform).
2.3 Students will receive access to course materials, exercises, and instructor support for the duration of the course.
2.4 Session recordings may be provided for review, but live attendance is strongly encouraged for the best learning experience.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
3.1 We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of enrolment.
3.2 Refunds will only be processed if no more than 2 live sessions have been attended.
3.3 Beyond the 7-day window, refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies, technical issues preventing access).
3.4 Students who cancel after the refund window will not receive a partial refund or credit toward future courses.
4. Student Responsibilities
4.1 Students are expected to:
- Attend live sessions and engage in course activities.
- Complete practical exercises and assignments.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication in sessions and discussions.
4.2 Navik Ltd. reserves the right to remove students who violate academic integrity or professional conduct without a refund.
5. Intellectual Property & Course Content
5.1 All course materials, slides, video recordings, and exercises remain the intellectual property of Navik Ltd.
5.2 Students are granted a non-transferable license to use course materials for personal learning only.
5.3 Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of course content is strictly prohibited.
6. Technical & Platform Requirements
6.1 Students must have access to:
- A reliable computer & internet connection.
- Required software tools for PCB design, microcontroller programming, and IoT development (installation guides will be provided).
6.2 Navik Ltd. is not responsible for any technical difficulties on the student’s end, including hardware malfunctions, slow internet, or incompatible devices.
7. Liability Disclaimer
7.1 This course is provided for educational purposes only. Navik Ltd. does not guarantee employment, business success, or product commercialization as a result of completing the course.
7.2 We are not liable for any financial losses, project failures, or business decisions made based on the knowledge gained in this course.
7.3 Any projects created during the course are the responsibility of the student, including compliance with industry standards or regulations.
8. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR Compliance)
8.1 By enrolling, students consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
8.2 Data will only be used for course-related communication and will never be shared with third parties without consent.
